On behalf of the CIPS Edmonton Board, I am pleased to announce that  Dr. Perry Kinkaide returns to lead ICE 2007.  His wealth of experience and energy will once again be at the forefront as he takes the helm as Chairman of ICE 2007. 

Perry is a former Managing Director of KPMG Consulting in Edmonton and Assistant Deputy Minister with the Alberta Government.  During Perry's career in the public and private sectors he worked extensively with executive and senior management in team building, strategic services, tourism, transportation and telecommunications, managing change, business process reengineering, privatization, HR- and e-Business development.
