The Canadian Information Processing Society is committed to

Each conference attendee must display a valid conference badge
while attending sessions, events, or key note presentations at the ICE Conference.
Badges are valid only for the days indicated on the registration
form.

One Conference Registration Kit is supplied with each full registration
badge. Only one kit is supplied
regardless of the number of individuals sharing the badge.

Shared Badges
Shared badges may be exchanged among as many different individuals
as desired. However, only one individual may use a shared badge
at one time to be admitted to a conference event.
Only full conference badges may be
shared.
Shared badges are identified by Company/department
information, not by an individual's name. Shared badges must be returned to the registration desk
for pickup by the next user. It is the
responsibility of the badge holder's organization to coordinate
the schedule or plan for the badge sharing.
Student Rates
Rates for students are available to those enrolled full time
at an accredited educational institution. Student Member
rates are available to CIPS Student Membership holders.
Registration Fees
If your registration is received by the CIPS Edmonton Office
on or before the close of business on October 26, 2007, you will qualify for the early registration rates.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds (less $100 administration charge) will be issued
for any written request received before October 26, 2007.
The conference regrets that refunds will not be considered for
requests received after this date. Substitutions are
allowed. All approved refunds are issued after the
conference.
CIPS Edmonton and the ICE Technology Conference reserve the
right to deny any registrations deemed to be fraudulent.
