Who should be considered the contact person on a registration?
The name of the person who will be receiving all conference
correspondence should be listed as the contact person on a registration
form.
Who should I contact if I have any changes to make
to my original conference registration order?
All registration changes must be requested through the ICE
office.

What forms of payment are acceptable?
ICE 2007 accepts any of the following forms of payment:
- VISA
- MasterCard
American Express
- Cheque
- Cash
Can payment be made in American dollars?
Payment must be in Canadian dollars only. No other forms of
currency are accepted.
Is there such as thing as a corporate membership?
We do not offer corporate membership rates for the conference
unless a special partnership agreement has been negotiated.
However there are opportunities for corporate sponsorship which,
depending on the level of sponsorship, may provide
complimentary conference badges.
Are participants able to share their badges with other
people?
Yes, badges can be shared among multiple individuals during
the conference, providing that only one individual is using
the badge at one time. All participants who share their badges
with other participants are responsible for ensuring that badges
get passed on to the next individual that requires it. Entrance
into the conference without a badge will not be permitted, regardless
as to whether or not someone else is actually using the badge
or has just left the location with it.
Will my badge be sent to me?
No, badges will be available at the Registration desk during
the conference only.
